All involved in the new tenancy have been brilliant

Staff are pleasant, helpful and friendly. Sometimes communication could be better. At times it would be a great help to have one point of contact who I can refer to when I need to resolve a problem.

Only problem i had was returning inventory unsigned to be updated and still havnt signed it or received copy i requested.

Moved to IMS last year.Very professional service - in all aspects of my dealings from the letting side through to maintenance and payment sections. I should have moved years earlier !!

Generally very good but not sure some of your agents speak to tenants before getting back to me as a landlord. On a few occasions I have received long emails asking for work to be done when that work has been done a few days before. Also I added rent guarantee but that wasn't visible on the tenancy agreement. Very happy with the Borrowash firm. Cheers
