Not really had much contact with the agents but when I have they have answered me quickly and resolved my issues. Even had a plumber come out on a Saturday morning for a non-emergency. Thank you

The rent collecting service is very efficient especially when tenants do not pay their rent on time regularly. The Finance team contact both the tenant and the Landlord to keep both parties up to date on what is required and what is happening.
