As a landlord one of the most important things is getting a quick response from your management company. Leaders Quorn are always at hand with clear and honest advice and guidance. Everyone I deal with is professional and above all happy to help which in a stressful situation is a real bonus. I have three properties with them and have been extremely impressed with their administration and their attention to detail regarding inspections and contracts. I thoroughly recommend them.

I have no complaints about the way your calls are handled, always cordial. My concern relates to maintenance and dates back 2 to 3 weeks since we first reported problems at our property. This does seem painfully slow and one wonders if there is a more expeditious way to get authorisation for them to be attended to? Many thanks.

Leaders would have received 5 stars but during the recent tenant turnover they changed the energy supplier without consultation with myself or the tenant and also arranged for the gas safety check 6 weeks before it was due, again without consultation. I believe they should consult with the owner of the property before carrying out any work or changes.
