Everything seems fine. You have a large team now who are all very helpful and able to answer any questions. I sometimes get a bit confused as to who deals with what but I don.t have to contact you very often.

I am very happy with the service I have received so far. Everyone I have dealt with has been lovely and so so helpful. I had an issue with my boiler which was sorted on the same day. In all I am very happy here and have nothing bit good things to say about my experience so far. Thankyou:)

We normally deal with the Quorn Office and all your representatives are helpful. We sometimes get a bit confused when we realise it is your Loughborough office we are speaking to. It would be helpful to have contact names for specific tasks. We are at present awaiting a substantial credit for an incorrect payment. Not the first time.

The staff are always courteous and friendly but do not always carry through. I wanted a copy of my lease and asked 3 different members of staff before it was finally sent to me
