I have just started to use the services of Leaders and am impressed by the service that I have received. I am especially impressed with the video update as I get an immediate response to the viewings made. Sometimes helpful comments made to ensure we get the best out of viewings ie if a fault is found, we can immediately rectify! Well done Leaders!

No complaints, I know that if I have a query or problem, it will be sorted quickly. There were some electrical problems with the boiler a while back and after a phone call, the inestimable Mr Bradley was soon on the job! Ditto a small plumbing problem which was rapidly dealt with. The structural problems your firm will be aware of anyway, dating back from the original slack building work and previous owner. Mainly minor stuff, although the windows were the main problem and the bedroom window especially is still not right even after the overhaul when the new owner took over. JProbably not much can be done anyway, referring back to the original inefficiencies. But having lived here for some years, I'm aware of and accept the trade-offs. I'm happy here and hoping to renew the lease again in a couple of months, if that is acceptable especially as I am going to do some decorating. Original colour scheme etc, to keep it simple, the bathroom first priority.

Good service, sometimes a bit slow to confirm and respond to emails - example quotes on getting things fixed. However the response to issues that the tenents have is prompt which I do value as I really want them to be satisfied with renting from me. Fair price changed, so far not a ridiculous sign on fee - we all need to make money from this so I am fine with charges. Not quite good enough checking on my last tenent leaving - part of the boiler was hanging on by a thread! - I live locally so this could be sorted but it is important to me that the tenents are not living with anything sub standard.

After overcoming an initial misunderstanding, relating to my affordability to rent with leaders. The staff went out of their way to ensure I was successful in securing a tenancy. The property I'm renting is in wonderful condition, queries have been dealt with promptly and communications are clear and timely. I hope to continue renting with Leaders for many more years to come
