Has been a lot better since leaders have existed. I enjoyed and welcome receiving an email after our inspection telling us how lovely we have kept the house!

I am generally very happy with the service provided. The property has twice been let to good tenants, who have both stayed for several years. If I have any queries, they are usually answered promptly and professionally by yourselves. I consider Leaders to currently be better than our other rental agents, but not so much so that I would necessarily transfer that rental contract to yourselves. Where all rental agents annoy me is in their over the top marketing. Sometimes it appears that self promotion is more important than their landlords. And coming out with 'exciting new ideas' is a little too regular an event. But I don't consider Leaders to be any worse than others in this respect! John Meller

We regularly receive flyers from Leaders competitors offering the same service. I place them directly in the recycling bin. We are very happy with the professional and efficient service we are given.
