My only concern was over the administration, having received correspondence on 2 occasions that was misleading and inaccurate. Great service otherwise and pleased that my new tenants were found swiftly.

Service up to start of tenancy is excellent, dealing with issues or maintenance is very slow and a lot of outstanding issues still not resolved

Thoroughly excellent service. All staff very professional and courteous. Always kept us in the loop on what stage we were at and never complained about making unsolicited calls. Would recommend leaders to anyone!

Really pleased with first meeting at our rental property - on time, polite, knowledgable. Common sense valuation. Did what they said they would do. Great handling of viewings - kept us informed. Cannot fault the process. We have however asked them to get an estimate for some work - not happened yet - trust they're on with it.
