Everything seems to work well. It is sometimes a bit confusing when we are contacted by different people from your office who we have not had contact with before and not sure what their responsibilities are.

Leaders at Quorn were superb to deal with from start to finish. Friendly, helpful, informative and professional. I've dealt with several lettings agents over the past 5 years and they are a country mile ahead of some others I could mention.

Happy with quality of tenants found. The full management service makes renting out very easy and process runs smoothly. The only area for improvement is around the briefing of ingoing tenants on some of the arrangements and numbering of bins parking etc. I provided a one page sheet which should be given to each tenant to make life easy for them but not sure if they always get it. They should be reminded that noticeboards have explanation of plot numbers to avoid confusion when they move in. Overall I am satisfied with the service you offer. Thankyou
