Fab, Leaders deal with any situation ASAP always polite and helpful. My rental experience has ran smoothly and iv been here for 3 years. Honestly can't say a bad thing.

All ok until the tenant vacated (East Leake). We then found that the tenant had changed the metering for the utilities - to key cards. This, without our permission. There were also damages that we were not aware of e.g. edgings around the kitchen work tops were badly damaged. In the discussions about the 'repairs', we felt that you (as agents) were more supportive of the tenant than us, your client.

We have always had excellent personal service from our letting agents in the past. Everything was dealt with at the office in Quorn. We knew who everyone was and who dealt with what. However, now it seems to be a different person every time we call. Some of the original staff are now in Loughborough. Our only concern is that as Leaders acquires further estate agents the service will become even more depersonalised and detached.

I am very pleased with the service, I receive. I have recently had a new tenant and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process. I get timely emails if a problem is reported with the property and any action required is taken promptly. All the members of the team that I have had contact with have always been very friendly and helpful.

Cost of repairs and maintenance far too high hence redbud managing the process myself! Invoicing addresses not always correct. End of tenancy check outs not wholly accurately recorded. Cost of a tenancy renewal very expensive! Very good at finding tenants. Very friendly staff. Excellently located in Quorn.
