We have been with Leaders for a year now and they have been very good to us, always polite and helpful. I would definately recommend them to anyone who is considering renting, service is second to none!

I moved in to my present address on 94/09/2015, shortly thereafter I identified that the water only heated to a tepid temperature and this was insufficient to have even a vaguely warm bath, basically nothing happened save twice a plumber was sent out which did not resolve the issue when I got my first electric bill I was quite amazed and horrified, as it was nearly £100.00 a month. I tend to leave my home around 5.45 am and return about 7.00 8.00pm, no electricity is consumed in the day time save an electric clock , the Internet connection, the fridge and freezer. When I return home I may have a few lights on, listen to some music or occasionally watch the television. I turned all and concluded the freezer, which was very old and missing some of the draw fronts was consuming electricity at an alarming rate. This was reported to leaders without any resolution except for me to buy a new one and Leaders would arrange disposal of the redundant one. However, I recently encountered a different member of the team who was most helpful, cheerful, efficient, professional, concerned and considerate. Within a very short space of time the boiler which from memory may have been installed some 14 years ago and was not up to the job, was replaced and since then I have been able to a bath. Likewise with the freezer, the redundant one was replaced with a new, properly working one that is more efficient. I note that you request for no personal identificatory details to be given, which I accept, but the purpose of my wishing communicate with Leaders is to commend that individual, to that individual employers, as I believe exceptional, good, proficient and efficient customer service should be acknowledged, and the employee congratulated by that employee's employer. So thank you for employing that particular individual.

The solicitors you recommended seemed to want us to do some of the fundamental work (searches etc) and seemed under-resourced. At one stage I was offering to pay them more to get some action! However once we alerted you Leaders were very good at trying to push it through, Camilla particularly stands out.

Property management is outstanding!!! Great communication and always respectable. Leaders Redhill are everything you expect from a letting agency. I would and do recommend them.
