Everything is done precisely and with a corresponding procedure. There is a lot of paperwork involved but that means that both sides know where they stand.

I have used Leaders for over 10 years however with this let I was disappointed as my tenant who was moving out recommended a new tenant to me whom I met and was very satisfied with. I spoke to Leaders who advised that they were unable to offer me a discounted rate for the flat re-let to my new tenant despite the fact that there was no advertising required (online or in print), no one needed to show any prospective tenants around the flat at all. The only thing required was a credit check and new tenancy agreement to be drawn up. Pretty disgusting I thought despite being loyal to leaders for over 10 years. Also the detailed admin side for the lettings can be pretty 'hit and miss' both for check out and check in of tenants (not the inventory check out/in). I would be more than happy to discuss this further if someone would like to get in contact with me as there have been many errors over the last few years. I found the process of renting , for the first time, fairly smoothly handled by Leaders of Redhill. The only thing missing was the meter reading of the electric supply .
