For the most part Leaders have provided a positive customer experience. If we have an issue then Leaders are always on the other end of the phone and seem happy to help. However there have been occasions of miscommunication which have resulted in Leaders providing a poor service. We recently had a property inspection which we had rescheduled as we wanted to have someone at the property during the visit. This reschedule was ignored and the inspection went ahead without our knowledge. Whilst we passed the inspection without any problem, it was for our peace of mind that we wanted to have someone present. That said, on the whole Leaders have provided a good service.

We feel that the vetting of prospective clients is thorough enough to eradicate possible problems and the marketing of the property was so swift and effective that the flat let on the same day it was put on the market. We are confident about the on-going procedures to collect rent and manage the property.

I have dealt with Leaders Redhill and Reigate office for around 6 years as they have had total management of a small flat that I own in Redhill. I have always been satisfied with the service which I have received and the way in which my telephone call have been handled. I am sorry to be leaving their care but I am now having to move on for economic reasons. I big thank you to both the company and to the individuals that I have been in contact with over the years.
