We had experience of Lettings dept only - where the staff, communication and admin side of things all very good service, no complaints from us. Very good on the handover the day we moved in also. The only reason I haven’t given excellent is there are a couple of outstanding issues on the property maintenance side of things which still need resolving - we have found that side of things to be a little slow in following up.

A very profesional team that can help you any time with any kind of issue, you guys are the best and wish you all the happiness in the world because you deserve it. GOOD Service Leaders!!
