Everyone I dealt with at leaders have been excellent - really quick to respond to my emails or queries and super helpful. I also think the no deposit option is fantastic!

We have found Leaders to be quick to respond to Landlord concerns and careful in their vetting of new tenants. The property management service gives great security and the knowledge that problems will be dealt with. All the staff we have had dealings with have been professional and courteous.

The phones were always answered very promptly. All staff were professional at all times, and when I had a problem with documentation they did their best to solve my problems.

You guys have looked after my property for the last 12 years. I cannot think of better hands to have entrusted this to. Your staff are always helpful, friendly, reactive, approachable. Our last set of tenants have been interesting to say the least. Very special thanks and mention must go to Sam in the Redhill/Reigate branch who has unfailingly been a true professional and delight to deal with. She is diplomatic, patient, supportive and helpful. She is a true asset to Leaders and I cannot thank her enough for how much she has eased what could have potentially been really difficult situations. For personal reasons we now need to take the flat off the rental market, but should this ever change, I wouldn't hesitate to come straight back to Leaders. Please thank everyone - and latterly particularly Sam for doing such a sterling job. How she deals with certain tenants and keeps smiling is an art all of its own!! Keep hold of her!!
