A perfect service, except for one item: The property management division's attention was required for a few items. These issues didn't seem to be proactively pursued and I wasn't informed on progress. I had to chase for updates, and finally send a pleading email for a resolve. The issue was dealt with soon afterwards however, so no complaints. Keep up the good work.
