I've found well the house and your service. I've been struggle for the first day because been from another country,I've found few things very different. I'd like to have a introduction into new home, ot just the key and finf out by my own how the things works. I hope the end will be better than the start.

Leaders Reigate are doing a great job in looking after my properties. Over the past 6 years there has not been a period where they have not been fully let. Leaders have been very supportive and have responded to issues that have arisen efficiently and with a high degree of competence.

Professional, friendly, nothing too much trouble. Always a friendly welcome and smile on entering the office and never too rushed to deal with questions. Can't recommend the staff at the Reigate Office too highly. If I had 100 houses to let - they would all be with the Reigate office.

The staff members were helpful through the whole check-in process. But the problems with the agencies usualy begin when you got to check out. We haven't had this experience yet. So far they provided excellent service.

When I tried to sign the contract electronically it would not let me do so, initialling had been OK. Fortunately staff came across as I showed in the new tenant so I signed it then. When the deposit was being released the part not to be released was also passed over but I was able to recover it from the previous tenant.

Always find us decent tenants. Leaders are efficient and fairly priced. Have recommended them to several other people.
