I have worked with two different estate agents in the last five years as a tenant. Leaders are far better than the other agent I worked with. Their staff are friendly and competent. The company is also making use of an online system for completing documentation that does make life a lot easier. I am happy to recommend Leaders.

Have been kept fully informed on property and tenants. Only negative comments is my new email address took awhile to be updated so kept going to my old one. Also have just received Statement 2 and have had to ask for Statement 1 as not received.

I have had issues with Leaders over the years but Tayah, who is handling my business now is absolutely excellent and has restored my faith! One comment; it would be helpful, when looking for new tenants, if staff communicated with each other better - I find it strange with the advent of computers, that sometimes the left hand still doesn't know what the right hand is doing!

We are generally pleased with the service we receive from Leaders. We were, however, extremely unhappy with our previous tenant and had to give notice at the earliest opportunity. We believe your vetting procedures need tightening up to ensure that people who cannot afford or choose not to pay the rent slip through the net. If necessary we can give chapter and verse with regard to this particular case. During the reletting process we found it frustrating having to deal with several people who did not appear to share information.
