They have finally found us the perfect property for me and My family for which we are very greatful for,the team all pulled together to help me and my family we couldn’t of asked for anything more. The team at Rustington were quick to respond and assist to my every need , I would like to particularly thank sue at Rustington for her professionalism and assistance in handling the check out process of our last property,in fact sue has been amazing kind and thoughtful the whole process a credit to you and your store . Also like to thank Jessica and sally for making this move possible we are very happy in our new home and our children love it without your both this wouldn’t of happened so thankyou once again . The the only downside and stressful part which I feel could be better is the referencing side of things . Whilst this time it was a smoother transaction than the last I just find having to chase around the day before for a further signature from my guarantor a bit frustrating it’s the last thing I wanted to have to do specially as some guarantors aren’t easiley available like mine . The positive side of the referencing was completing it all on line and not having to book in a long appointment to do the paperwork on moving day a much better process

All was handled with care & me completely understanding what was going on . The staff in the Littlehampton office with even other questions I had. Letter when a hiccup went on all hands on deck and sorted. The hiccup not being of your doing. The only bad experience I had was when I was leaving the office with my completed paperwork & all paid up & happy . Some woman walked in part of a team I had not been involved with, she made no greeting of morning but just wanted to know had I paid? I found this very insulting & told her I was not in the habit of walking away from anything without paying. Don't think this was good policy if you want recommendations in the future. I can reassure you I will only return because of the staff in the office at the time & not if I had had the attitude from this lady in the beginning.

Very pleased with the service, it was a traumatic time for me moving and such a huge step. But Leaders were very understanding and helped me feel feel more settled, i saw the house a number of times. I am so happy in my new home
