Although it took a little time with Tennants not responding everything was handled perfectly over and above what was required & the rest of the team helped with other enquiries I had. Then as I was picking up the finally paperwork having made the payment, you yourself came in and made me feel an inch high thinking I was walking out without paying. This is not in my nature & I would never not pay for anything. So perhaps you should address this as it is one sure way of loosing clients!
