I have always found leaders to be honest and helpful. They respond to emails and queries in a timely manner and always keep us informed.

Leaders Rustington branch has recently acted again for us on a tenant-finding basis and introduced a suitable candidate in a very short period of time. In addition their customary help and advice in a range of other matters relating to letting our small portfolio of properties was freely given and gratefully received.

Overall very good, I've no intention of looking elsewhere to let any of my properties at present. If any situations arise where I feel the agency can benefit with service improvement, I try to make those suggestions diplomatically at the time.
