A very friendly and approachable team in both the Littlehampton and Rustington branch.

In recent years Leaders has delivered a good service and I have been very pleased. As a property owner not living in the area, it is the level of professionalism and experience of the staff and especially the property manager which is paramount. It's what distinguishes a good agency - the ability to adapt to how a landlord prefers to work, go the extra mile and respond appropriately and evaluate issues, not just unthinkingly adhere to a set of rules. The last few property managers have all been very good and the current individual outstanding. My only real concern is that they are moved about too much between branches. It takes people a fair time for new relationships with all their landlords to bed in, and when there are temporary staff shortages the effect on service level soon becomes apparent. I have also found having excellent staff members who are able to exercise good skill in finding prospective tenants equally vital.

Leaders Rustington are wonderful. They understand me and my properties and I love doing business with them because it's hassle free, they care and we have great banter (even if I do have to provide the doughnuts)!

Haven't had any reason to query service from Rustington Office until today when I rang about property check. Was told this was done at 3 months initially and then every 6 months but that it was booked in for today (4 months since the tenant moved in!) It was explained to me that the delay "might" have been because of gaining access thru' the tenant???? I'm happy that the rent appears to be paid regularly and on time.
