Superb and efficient service from start to finish. All staff at sarisbury branch were friendly and professional and dealt with my quieries promptly. Excellent communication between myself and the landlord via the leaders staff to ensure everything was in place and that we were both happy before the tenancy start date. Ollie arranged my initial viewing and made the effort to fit me in on a very busy day (I was looking at other properties in the area) to save me travelling back up on another day. Karen for getting the ball rolling when I phoned the next day to say I was interested in the property. Della for making the process go smoothly until the completion date. Fantastic service that I would recommend to anyone looking to rent. I am now settled and very happy with my new rented accommodation!

I have no complaints whatsoever at the service I currently receive from the Leaders staff at Sarisbury Green. I think the service is excellent.

A very good service

I have found the members of staff extremely helpful and prompt in their actions. The only problem I have experienced is with the accounts dept who have made a number of errors over the time I have been with leaders and so I now scrutinize the statements as I do not feel confident in them getting it right.
