Im a tenant of a flat managed by Leaders (Hedge End) I have rented with other letting agents & in my view they operate a very efficient & very effective courteous service. Many years ago I was a landlord & an Estate Agent. If Leaders had been practising i would have used their services. If you are a landlord i doubt you could get a more efficient courteous service. Am delighted with service thus far. Any issues or questions have been dealt with promptly and in a professional manner. All staff have been very helpful. However, there is a small matter I would like to see improved and that is the design of the monthly Statements. It's current format is confusing and could be a lot clearer.

Tenancy thus far has been fine with no problems. Initial wee jobs were carried out as promised and further problems were taken directly to owner as instructed, so everything is running smoothly.
