The property let quickly at the asking rent to good quality tenants. Although they do not manage my properties, they are always on hand with help and advice should this be needed. Leaders/Oaklets have helped me let our two cottages for a number of years. They have been unfailingly helpful, courteous and supportive to me. I think my only reservation may be that, unfortunately on occasions, I have had some unsuitable tenants who, although assessed by Leaders prior to letting, have proved to be a problem.
