Overall, professional and comprehensive service but at the same time I would like to see some improvements in feeling valued as a client (3 properties ) and in 'joined-up' client management, ideally with a key contact who knows what is going on with the letting of my property at all times, rather than having to talk to whoever last showed it or is going to show it and no-one taking responsibility for pricing and reletting it. You have a CRM system, I assume, but it also needs to be pro-active and personal. People buy people and as someone who has been client facing for many years I value it when people do it well.
