Just had an issue with my gas and electric being changed as my ex partner was taken off the agreements so was set up as a new tenants overall heather has been amazing and helping me to sort out my situation

Always efficient and businesslike but with the personal touch. Recent tenant change has had its issues but these have all been handled professionally with regular updates on progress. New marketing initiatives were suggested to encourage more interest from potential new tenants but these weren't required as the property was re let successfully before they could be used.
