I have just brought a flat thourgh leaders Southampton and had excellent service thay kept me updated with progress answered all my questions ASAP and were very nice people to do business with. Rachel was great.

Generally very helpful and professional staff. After moving in, had to chase up a few problems regarding missing keys, but after some initial difficulties in getting hold of the right person the problem was finally solved. One member of sales staff seemed a little upset that I had popped into the main branch to chase up the problem - given my otherwise excellent experience, I can only think he had been having a bad day up to that point.

Generally happy, although someone at Leaders informed Waterboard that my tenant had changed in June (this was wrong) resulting in a large bill generated for a person who was not resident at the property, and which resulted in a problem for my tenant (who left in September) who was then presented with an unexpected bill.
