Albeit i am happy with the property i am currently living in, i was slightly disappointed initially as the prices for the Agent fees were different on the paperwork than on your website. Also i was told that the property had been deep cleaned but when i moved in even you can tell this wasnt the case. I was also told that the sofa's/ kitchen blinds and the plug sockets were to be replaced and so far nearly 2 months in only the plug sockets have been changed. The sofa and blinds are nt a major issue but to be told this and it not to have happened is a little mis-leading. These issues aside overall you guys are very proffesional and have helped with any issues i have had in a speedy manner which is greatly appreciated.

Generally an all round good service. So muchso I have transferred one property from one agent to yourselves.
