I have been a Leaders tenant for close to two years. From the very beginning, the Leaders team has been very professional, courteous, caring and dedicated to my needs as a tenant. Now that you have good processes in place your service has improved greatly. However inbetwen tenancies the property is not left in a good enough state for reletting, so one of your consultants needs to inspect. Also your inventory takers do not always check that the water heating and radiators have been switched off.

I have been with Leaders for a long time so that says something. Two Observations 1 I am bit " confused " about the relationship between London Road and Canute iro of the Mgt of my property ?? 2 Recent Tenancy. I had a Tenant for 2/ 3 years and he was generally good. However when he left recently we had some issues to ro resolve and resolved they were by Su at Canute. Thanks Su. The reports by Leaders during the Tenancy were very positive about how the Tenant was Living in the Property. However when he left the issues as mentioned above were highlighted in the exit report. It was a good report. The issues were about Breakages of Kitchen equipment and in the Bathroom and in deed Bedroom. Why were these not highlighted during the Tenancy in the routine Inspections. Had they been it would have been an easier completion of the Tenancy!!!

Routine jobs OK if payment Is late sometimes However generally if there is a specific issue with managing the property there is a definite feeling "get it off my plate" and do as little as possible
