We have 3 properties with you and in general have been very pleased with your service. The only hiccup was a few months ago when we were informed it would cost us £90 to replace any missing statements electronically - extortionate!! We have got round this by having our statements sent by post again.

In general good - most of the time very helpful however things change with out any notice - I don't really feel like a customer - you don't ask what I would like to see improved. There is some really simple stuff that would save you money I think as well!

Fairly good customer service overall. A few things could be improved like confirming (Manually) receipt of an e-mail by the person who it was sent to (If required). I have sent a few e-mails in the past and only received automatic confirmations, and had to follow up after a few weeks to see if the actual recipient has got it as I have not had a response to my questions. Apart from the odd occurrence like that, good performance overall.

My wife & myself are generally very happy with the performance of Leaders in letting & administering our properties. They find, check & collect the rent from tenants efficiently. The property management team & Katy Brockway, in particular function very well. Katy is particularly helpful if we cannot arrange repairs ourselves and gets the work done immediately. Finance deserves credit for ensuring that rents are paid as promptly as possible although weekends & bank holidays do give them problems. One criticism, is that sometimes messages are not passed on between staff members. This really is something that needs sharpening up on. It was worse in the past!

The service we receive from your senior property manager is exemplary. She always tries to assist, answer our problems and if it is required seeks to provide any additional comment or advice that may be appropriate to resolve any issues. She is always courteous, professional and supportive.
