Leaders provided an excellent sales service showing buyers around my property. Every appointment was dealt with on time with a confirmation text message sent. The aftersales service was floundering until it was taken over by the Southend office and although all staff were helpful and efficient I really would like to thank and commend Lorraine who was on the case right up to the removal day where there were last minute completion delays.
