Friendly staff. Been dealing with Leaders for around 8 years now. Letings and sales and on the whole very pleased with service. Had recent issues with energy providers and incorrect meter readings during Tennant changeover which I don't feel I should be dealing with. And one other issue which would be good to discuss directly with yourselves.

Proactive and friendly, I've consistently dealt with the same agent who now knows my personal circumstances and the services that I need as a landlord. From advertising to providing the relevant paperwork to the fully managed service, they have all been of a high standard. The only element of the letting team that varies in quality is the maintenance/management section that deals with day to day issues in the property - on occasion they have failed to grasp clear instructions, thus delaying a response to the tenant. Overall, a really pleasing service.

Very impressed with the service provided, visited the local branch and arranged a viewing within 5 minutes and on viewing agreed to rent the property and so the whole process took less than half an hour which is amazing. The paperwork part of the letting was also quick and effortless, could not have been easier.

I used leaders to let my flat out and manage the letting and then also when I came to selling it. I found them very professional and capable and I was always very happy with the service they provided. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
