Very helpful friendly team at the office, excellent support at all times. Not so sure about the sub-contractors (such as cleaning services, gardening, maintenance etc) - havve had issues in the past.

The best agency I have gone through. Having been a student, I had experience with previous agencies and have discussed with friends the experiences they have had. It is obvious the Leaders cares about the tenants and the property. We experience a couple of problems (wear and tear) but everything was sorted in days rather than weeks.

It's all been pretty smooth and any issues have been dealt with in terms of a fire being replaced, a hoover etc.. I'm very happy in my flat and feel I can approach the office with any issues.
