The best agency I have gone through. Having been a student, I had experience with previous agencies and have discussed with friends the experiences they have had. It is obvious the Leaders cares about the tenants and the property. We experience a couple of problems (wear and tear) but everything was sorted in days rather than weeks.

Really happy with the service we've received, the only downside is the pressure to change utility supplier. The nice lady in the branch advised it was ok to stay with our current supplier, yet we keep receiving letters. Other than that, we are happy.

Matt at Leaders Southsea was very helpful in securing a property for us in Port Solent. He was very patient with us pestering him for news and took an active role in chasing the Vendors and their Solicitors to ensure the sale went through in a timely manner.

Great service

In general I am very happy with the service I get from the Southsea office. The staff are pleasant, helpful and efficient and issues are delt with quickly. My only negative comment is about your statements. These are anything but clear whenever there are any additional items above the usual income, commission etc, and I can see no reason for them being so confused. If one were of a suspicious nature you would wonder why they aren't clear.
