Great service, lovely flat and a smooth process throughout.

Leaders have provided us with a standard of high quality, especially compared to other student houses of which I have been in. Any problems we have had have been sorted much faster than other agencies I have had experience with. The only reason I have not given 5/5 stars is that there are cheaper agencies in the region.

Staffs r nice and helpful. But the speed of repairing issue of house is very low

I have been with Leaders since about 2007 and have always had good service. I am contacted regularly and updated on information, unlike an agent I use for another of my properties in another part of the country. I know I can get a better rate elsewhere but not sure if I would get the same service.
