During the 2 years you managed the rental of my property I was delighted with the competence of your staff, in particular Suzanne. When selling my house in Southsea, Hannah in Southsea and Lucie in Worthing provided great support.

Southsea branch found tenants quite quickly, however it seems they are not managing the property, it is the London Road, North End branch in Portsmouth that manages the property, so not really Southsea doing anything but placing tenants in the property.

With this flat I do not have much to do with your office. The flat is managed by the landlord for repair purposes. The windows where finally replaced last week. You really only provide me with the legal matters. I was happy with the service you provide whilst I was at 2 Southsea Terrace.
