For future purchasers in Sovereign harbour(it's now too late for us) a short welcome pack for people new to the area would be very helpful we thought. For those unfamiliar with the site there are generic questions that are unique to this location. Things to include might be; * a map of Sovereign Harbour. * show footpaths around the site to help you get easily to where you want to get to. *bus stops -location and bus numbers for Eastbourne/Bexhill/ Hastings etc. and a bus timetable *Nearest doctors/dentist/hospital/newsagents/ chemist/supermarkets etc. *Footpaths outside Sov. Harbour and further afield. *places of interest locally *The keys and codes explained for the property. car space location and how to get to the patio and beach quickly. *nearest entertainments-theatres/cinemas/sporting amenities/tennis/bowls/football grounds etc. In short, the sort of essential information you would find useful if visiting a holiday let situation. (many moving in do not know the area well) We feel that the position of Sovereign Harbour is quite unique, and is not like buying a property say in the centre of Eastbourne.
