I can't find fault in the service I have received from Leaders. Quick to respond to requests to view properties and a smooth process from viewing to moving in.

Leaders recently oversaw sale completion of our BTL property, first let in 2007. We switched to them (formerly Darwoods) in 2008 after poor service from another letting agency. Consequently, loyalty for 7+ years evidences happy clientle. The original negotiator, David – now Branch Manager – has always been attentive and professional: his rise indication of a stable business. It's not been without incident, hence 4 stars not 5, but that goes with the territory, occasional issues internally or with tenants resolved to mutual satisfaction. Apropos sale, it was protracted! Regrettably, twice collapsed, but deserved praise for Dean, a negotiator of the highest calibre. His tenacity, exemplary communication and deft skill in managing everyone's expectations (especially at the bottom of the chain) enabled eventual completion for the full asking price, and to patient buyers who are perfect for the property. He is a credit to Leaders and we thank all of the team for their efforts over the years, including Norman, Amy, Louise, Scott and Peter, now Area Manager.
