The people working for you are excellent; polite, engaged and responsive. The only criticism is the lack of follow-up after work completed by contractors and any paperwork supporting this maintenance work. My accountant insists on paper records for HMRC tax purposes. Despite explaining that paper copies of all invoices are necessary, I am still occasionally sent e-mail invoices. Other than this, I am pleased with the service I receive from Leaders.

There were some issues with my property when I first moved in but most of those issues were rectified fairly quickly. Leaders staff are friendly and helpful, although I have occasionally struggled to get in contact with my property manager.

Leaders have looked after our house in St Albans really well. They managed to coordinate a very quick turn around between tenants in our house and we have been really happy with the service. Their local manager David Underwood has been very attentive and we would thoroughly recommend the company.

Very good service from all members of staff. Give help wherever they can. Very polite and have time to explain things.
