Excellent service from viewing to moving in,top quality,the best I've used

Overall the service was good, we sometimes had difficulty contacting the local office and calls were not returned when messages left. It was much easier to get a question answered by email, but i would have preferred speaking to a person at times. The staff at the local office, the sales negotiators and all staff i had any contact with were very nice, helpful and i would possibly recommend this service to friends and family.
