Can't fault anything about Leaders am being looked after very well and everyone so polite

I find it ver irritating that I never get a direct reply from emails but a generic reply for all staff. I'm also finding that maintenance costs are much higher as I feel that the tenant can make more demands if through an agent. So the jury is still out as to whether I continue with managed property or go back to managing them myself. But the lady who deals with me is very pleasant and helpful, so thank you.

Following a major incident, the property is not occupied. The team at Leaders have been excellent in supporting us as landlords; dealing with the insurance company; dealing with callout services and builders; and re-homing the tenants. I am very pleased with the service and glad of their experience.
