The person we deal with at Leaders is excellent. Prompt, efficient and likeable. We trust this person and have done for a few years now. Since Leaders took over the company we feel though that it has gone 'corporate' and as a company ( not our person) has become impersonal. We have experienced this before when our local provider in the West Country was taken over by a national company. We parted with them not long after. Thank heaven Leaders are not them !

Leaders offers an excellent service at a very reasonable cost. My account manager Bertie Fenner is a wonderful link between my tenant and myself and cares for both our needs with understanding and speed. She takes all the worry out of being a landlord and she's worth every penny of Leader's very reasonable fee.

After a "slow" start, involving slow response because of staff changes and prospective tenancies that didn't work out, things have settled down. Leaders found what appear so far to be responsible tenants; the tenants identified some repairs that needed to be carried out, all of which have been completed.
