New tenant spotted a faulty socket and some repairs needed in the garden when they first moved in. Would be helpful if this was picked up as part of the change over inspection so it could be done before relet. The inspection service seemed a bit basic.

Very good professional service by all. The only part that could be improved (and was better in the past) is the inspection services and inventory at start and end of tenancies. I understand this is now subcontracted to another company which is fine but I don't feel that this is a "managed" service for the landlord. The inspection and inventory does not indicate or recommend actions needed by the tenant or landlord and cost implications accordingly (to whose account). I don't believe this is done by Leaders either after receiving it. As a remote landlord it is often difficult to disseminate the report and find clear actions. This could, I feel, lead to tenants not paying for things they are responsible for at the end of tenancy. As leaders provide a managed service I feel this could be an area of improvement.
