Outstanding service from Leaders. Having been looking for some time I have had dealings with most of the letting agencies in Stroud I can safely say Leaders is head and shoulders above the rest. The service was personalised everybody I spoke to was friendly and helpful even when I had an issue with a lost credit card delaying payment. I was kept informed of everything that was going on and David who managed my letting was fantastic. Cannot recommend highly enough I will definitely be looking to buy or rent through Leaders again.

I was very pleased with the over all service I received. I was pleased with the level of communication with both myself and my father from the agent who was dealing with me. The agent was quick to respond with any enquiries that we had. I am also pleased with how smoothly the relavent documents and aggrements were signed and processed.

Fantastic estate agents compared to others. However could be quicker at responding to maintenance issues for rented properties. 3 weeks with sharp spikes coming through the carpets is too long. Apart from that, highly recommend.

i found the whole experience of renting through perry bishop and leaders very easy. it was the first time i have rented on my own, and the whole process only took two weeks to sort from start to finish. everybody that i dealt with was both proffesional and friendly

Really good servis was very understanding and helpfull specialy as I was inpatient on getting into my own place lots of estate agents I went to was useless once I stated I had a dog where as they where quick to get back with a yes dogs are alloud I would recommend anyone to use and come to leaders I have now settled into my new place and my dog buster is very happy boy big thank you to everyone at leaders !,

Generally efficient and courteous. That said somewhat officious and "by the book" which often does not help matters like moving home run smoothly. A little more leeway and compromise would help oil the wheels. Also, it has to be said, fairly expensive compared to its competition in the area.
