Pretty good service, critical out of hours electrical problem informed at 5pm and resolved withinin about 5 hours. I have heard negative comments from various sources saying perry bishop are fantastic during a tenency but do not make ending a tenency particularly easy.

Generally better service in the last year, the staff are responding quickly to requests such as sending copies of invoices. I think they must be under less pressure and/or have better processes

Always easy to get hold of someone and get questions answered. Friendly, professional service. My only negative comment relates to the constant reminders for documents to be reviewed and signed where relevant. We have fed back with comments/updates relating to the inventory document but continue to get reminders to sign the original document.

The staff were helpful in finding us the properties we wanted, including agreeing to a 2nd viewing. They were also helpful in talking us through the legalities. We felt supported and it was a personal service.

Perry Bishop and Leaders were helpful, friendly and efficient. The online paperwork system worked really well before the move as we could sign and review documents from home, but then it didn't work well for us once we'd just moved in to a new house with no internet connection.
