Very efficient and smooth move into property. Friendly staff. Paying a checking out fee of a large amount, before I'd even moved in still baffles me. This seems odd seeing as people moving in pay for inventory and admin fees. Reason for deposit is to cover anything the agent believes is payable on moving out. I've also never heard of a tenant having to cover full house insurance. This should be the responsibility of the owner of the property and tenant should just have to cover contents insurance. In the future, I would avoid using Leaders as an agent for these reasons but for this move, they have shown good customer service in all other areas.
