The experience has been straightforward and adequate for our needs. The vetting and finding a tenant was good. Once we established what to call us about or deal with directly from the office was in place everything was/has been smooth running. As a relative of the owner who has the task of dealing with the business of this flat, I have been pleased with the quality of service and the understanding of the reason for the arrangement.

Hi Rachael, Everything has gone smoothly so far. There was some confusion at the beginning about services, electricity etc, which Leaders had arranged bot it got sorted eventually. My biggest gripe at the moment is that the central heating timer has malfunctioned. I have contacted the landlord by letter over the matter, over a month ago, but had no reply and the only means of contact is by postal address. Leaders are closed when I am not working, including most Saturdays. I would appreciate if you have another means of contacting the landlord or alternatively provide me with phone/email addresses
