Good service in finding me good tenants so a big thank you but find the bombardment of your document sign and your document with tenancy details quiet nerve racking and confusing especially as there is no signpost sentence to communicate quickly what the purpose of the documents are before reading them. It takes a while to realise that that most of them are repeats. In addition I would have liked a 12 month and not 8 months as already discussed.

I have just seen the photographs of the new kitchen which you have installed in just one week while the tenant was away on holiday.
