Very satisfactory

I usually do all my own lettings but due to overloaded commitments I decided to use Leaders to find tenants for me for one of my flats. They were very professional, communication was excellent and they found perfect tenants who I am delighted with. I was only using Leaders for this service and then taking the management of the property back myself. With this in mind, Leaders were not so good at forwarding copies of all the paperwork for my files once they had completed their job. In order to continue the management of the rental I needed copies of the signed Inventory, references, etc., so a little chasing was required. However, only a small criticism, generally Leaders were very professional and I will certainly be using them again now that I know their format.
