The staff are very professional in dealing with the tenants/landlord communication for the tenant's needs and dealing with problems of repair and replacement quickly. Leaders were fantastic when we were looking to rent somewhere in Sutton, keen to work with us to find somewhere suitable and were upfront about exactly what information they needed to know about us as tenants first. They were very quick to reply to emails and were more than happy to answer all of our questions, no matter how small. Getting all the paperworks sorted and ready for move-in was very easy. After we moved in, the flat was spotless which was a huge bonus. We had a minor maintenance issue which they sorted out straight away and had the right people get in touch straight away to sort it. As a letting agent we have instructed leaders to find tenants. We Have found that they very efficient and have found that most of the time they have found us tenants very quickly. However they sometimes under value the rental market. That said I would have no hesitation in recommending the staff we deal with or using them again, should the occasion arise.
